If you receive your item(s) damaged/faulty, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please note that returns are not free, so you will be responsible for the postal fee. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us so we advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.

I placed an order on June 6th, I received my jacket at the beginning of July and to my great surprise it was neither the leather I ordered nor the right size, so I sent the leather back and today no news although the jacket was delivered from their side... I'm super disappointed, I want a solution before starting any proceedings.
I do not recommend this site.
I would not recommend purchasing from In My Element. I purchased a jacket on 6/4 and it wasn't dispatched until over 5 weeks later when the customer service team advised 8-10 business days. They gave me 5 different dispatch dates, which were all exceeded. On top of that - it takes days to get a response, i lodged a complaint 5 days ago and have still not heard back. The jacket itself looks like a great item but personally I WOULD AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS BRAND.
Writing this review after receiving my Item, Aries Jacket in Burgandy. I've been following this brand for some time on IG and saw they had a sale and decided it was time for me to purchase the jacket I've had my eye on for a while. Having reached out to the brand on their IG regarding sizing query, I received a prompt response. I decided to further read their reviews and was a little put off by some of the review left here. I enquired again and also viewed all the reviews on the IG page. I decided to go ahead with my purchase. My order was sent out the same day and I received it the next day. The person on IG kept in contact and answered all of my queries and also very polite and friendly. So after receiving my order I was so happy to see it was exactly as shown on website - that is amazing quality. Beautiful leather, colour, fit everything. Nothing wrong with it at all. I was so surprised by the reviews left here, having then revecieved my jacket - which I love. The lining is beautifully crafted and the details are well placed. If you have any concerns on sizing - ask! Really love the jacket - its warm too with padding inside the lining. Amazing value for money. Would definately purchase again. Thank you.
Fantastic service, beautiful product.
Obviously it's a beautiful and high quality jacket, though the price may be a bit high for some people especially with the shipping costs included for people outside the UK. Apart from that I wasn't exactly sure which size to order but I got a size s (168cm/5,6feet) and i don't rlly regret it, however I would have liked it to be slightly longer.
