How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Notwithstanding, please do note as a sustainable studio brand our leather collection line is made to order (see listing description for details)

What about shipping?  

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location. We’re not responsible for shipping delays by courier and or customs.

Guideline for shipping:-

Domestic orders take 1-3 days. 
International orders take 2-11 days.

Please note if you’re based in US/EU/Rest of world then you’re responsible for paying relative custom duty taxes and or applicable VAT on delivery. 

IN MY ELEMENT is not responsible for any shipping delays while parcel is in transit or issues with delivery. Please raise any delivery issues directly with relative courier.
