Composition: 100% ethically sourced buffalo leather, fully lined in organic cotton built to last, not landfill. Due to the nature of distressed leather, each jacket may vary slightly in colour a mark of its individuality.

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• UK: Complimentary Next Day Delivery
• Europe: 4–5 business days
• USA: 6–8 business days
• Worldwide: 8–11 business days

Your order will be handled with care and delivered through our trusted partners; Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx. Our standard shipping rate ranges from complimentary next day delivery for the UK, €23.95 for Europe, and $26.00 for the Rest of the World. Price includes all applicable taxes and duties anywhere in the world (except items bought in Outlet or Wholesale).

Cancellations: To change or cancel an order you have placed please contact us via live chat immediately, we cannot guarantee we can amend or cancel orders but we will do our best.

Tax and Duties: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All taxes and duties are pre-paid and included in our online prices (except items bought in sample sale or outlet sale or wholesale).

Carrier: Shipments are processed by various couriers to ensure the best delivery method. Parcel Force, DHL, Fedex, UPS, Royal Mail etc. You will receive regular updates on your order and delivery status by email. Please note if you order multiple items there is a possibility that these will arrive in separate deliveries. 

We hope you love your pieces from IN MY ELEMENT. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that meet our eligibility requirements below:

• Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• A return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be in a sell-able condition free from marks and stains.

Please note returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.

Please include your packing slip in your return. Failure to do this may cause a delay in the return process.

Non-returnable items:

• Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
• Items without the original tags and packaging.
• Gift Cards
• Sample Sale / Outlet Sale items

If you receive your item(s) damaged/faulty, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that returns are not free, so you will be responsible for the postal fee. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us so we advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
